Mr. Jacques Jean is an accomplished business professional with over 20 years of experience in planning and implementing global technology strategies. Prior to forming TechFides, Mr. Jean held an executive position at Schneider Electric, where he served as an IT Business Stakeholder for the company’s $4B IT division.
Aymeric Saha Co-chair

Aymeric Saha Co-chair
Mr. Aymeric Saha is the CEO of MiDA Advisors. He has led the mobilization of over $2 billion in investments in Africa and other emerging markets within the past five years. He previously spent fourteen years at the World Bank, where he led the quantitative risk finance function responsible for overseeing market and credit risks for $200 billion in banking operations across more than 100 countries, as well as an investment portfolio of over $100 billion in developed and emerging markets.
In 2013, Mr. Saha was appointed Financial Policy Director in the United States Congress for the House Subcommittee on Financial Institutions, where he oversaw the implementation of banking and capital markets reforms in the aftermath of the 2008 financial crisis. He also directed initiatives to boost U.S.–Africa trade and investment, particularly within the Power Africa initiative.
Mr. Saha holds a Master’s in Finance and a Master of Science in e-Commerce from the Johns Hopkins University Carey Business School, and a B.A. in finance and economics from McGill University.
